Can you set up a balloon design in advance?

YES! As long as the balloons are inside, they can be installed up to a week in advance!

Can we customize our theme and colors?

Absolutely, you show me your vision and I will find the best available options to bring it to life!

Can we buy our own supplies and have you assemble it?

Unfortunately no. We make sure to get quality materials to guarantee we can provide the very best.

Can I pick up my balloon order instead of paying for delivery?

Of course! A standard size balloon garland up to about 12ft will fit in a large SUV!

Do you sell kits that can be purchased and put together ourselves?

Yep! We can create a custom DIY kit for local pickup or we can ship anywhere in the U.S.

What if I need to cancel or my event is cancelled?

Reach out via email asap. Deposits are not refunded with less than 30 day notice. Deposit can be rolled for a new date!

How do we know our date is secure?

Once the 50% deposit is paid your date and booking are secure.

What areas do you offer your services?

We are based in the sumner county area and surrounding cities north of Nashville but also serve in and around other areas of the city!

Do you have an order minimum?

There is a minimum order amount of 10ft or $200 for any garland. This minimum does not include kits, grab & go’s, stacks, or jumbo balloons. *This price does not include taxes & fees.*

What is your base pricing?

Do you offer helium balloons?

At this time we only offer jumbo helium balloons or helium as an add on to orders over $300 dollars.

How long in advance do I need to book?

A two week minimum ensures there is no rush fee and allows us enough time to get all necessary supplies.

What happens after the event?

The balloons are yours to keep, pop, or pass along. Rented items need to be returned 72 post event or can be picked by us for an additional charge. *Striking or breaking down onsite is available at an additional cost.*

How long does an install usually take?

We typically like to allocate two hours for on site installs but can work with varying time frames depending on designs.
