TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before using One Stop Pop Designs. The services of One Stop Pop Designs will only be rendered upon acceptance to and compliance with these terms. When using One Stop Pop Designs, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please reach out as soon as possible.
BOOKING
A non-refundable deposit of 50% must be made upon booking to guarantee our services for your event (this reserves your date and allows necessary items to be ordered). This can be made via online invoice, zelle, apple pay or venmo. If you do not wish to pay in full upon booking, the rest of the payment must be made the day of install/delivery. A full quote of final pricing will be provided and agreed upon before booking .
SET UP & BREAKDOWN
Typically, a 2-hour minimum is required for any set-up onsite but will be discussed prior to install. Our installation and travel fee is 30% of the order total before taxes OR a minimum of $60 for smaller installs. The larger orders can require additional working hours, travel, truck rental, and staff and may have additional charges. You can request a breakdown of the entire set up for an additional charge.
ONE STOP POP DESIGNS PROPERTY
All backdrops, stands, frames, and décor pieces (including artificial florals) used in decorating remain the property of One Stop Pop Designs. These items need to be returned 72 hours post event or can be picked up by the company after the event for an additional charge. If any of these pieces are damaged, the client is liable for repairs/replacement.
OUTDOOR EVENTS
We only use the highest quality of products, and make every effort to ensure your décor will meet or exceed your expectations. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that your balloons will remain perfectly intact after installation, especially when kept outdoors. Some balloons will deflate sooner than expected and will be adversely affected by wind, rain, extreme heat, and other uncontrollable factors. Balloons left in the sun will turn matte and start to fade, and in extreme heat will occasionally pop.
EVENT CANCELLATION
We understand that sometimes circumstances outside your control can cause an event to be cancelled. If an event is cancelled or moved the deposit can be rolled over to the new date or any future event. If supplies have been ordered the deposit will be held. If the event is more than 30-60 days out, we will do our best to get the deposit back to you.
DISCLAIMER
We use professional equipment and materials when setting up each of our designs. To limit your risk of damage, we recommend that all décor and items remain in the position and location they are placed in. Safety is our #1 priority. One Stop Pop Designs is not liable for any damage or movement that may occur once our team leaves the premises.
